Jennifer Warawa, a former Sage executive, has returned to a President role, this time at insightsoftware. She initially joined the company as a General Manager in June 2025 and was promoted to President in January 2026. insightsoftware provides comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and analytic software.
Acumatica saw CJ Boguszewski, Senior VP Partner Programs and Strategy, leave in February for a similar position at Intuit. Intuit is preparing to develop a channel that is not primarily composed of bookkeepers and CPAs. Expect more focus from Intuit on their Enterprise product. This follows the departure of Ali Jani, Chief Product Officer in January 2026. Acumatica is owned by Vista Equity Partners who purchased them in May 2025 from EQT ( another private equity firm) for a rumored $2 billion dollars.
