I installed v2023 Advanced on three client desktops that have v2020 Advanced (did not uninstall v2020, they are not live yet). For one workstation, printing works in both versions. For the other two, the following error appears when printing anything from either version:

I have installed other v2023 desktops for other clients on various previous versions with no issue, but on my own desktop the v2023 client install resulted in the same error for all my installed Sage 100 versions. Sage Support has no idea why this is occurring (spoke with a senior member whom I trust explicitly).
Has anyone encountered this and been able to determine what factors on the workstation are involved?
