    Has anyone ever worked with the MSI Solutions - Service Pro package for SAGE 100 along with their mobile solution? 

    If so - what are your thoughts?

    As mentioned elsewhere, this question comes up a few times a year. The answers for the legacy service extensions are nearly always the same for a simple reason: the Sage 100 market for this is not enough to encourage appropriate development beyond what they laid out ~15 yrs ago. MSI included.

    Your customer deserves to know what modern service modules can do for them. TimeLinx Software has been at this for 20 years and has had strong integrations with Sage 100 for a number of years.     As I recall, the recent feedback is spotty, with some consultants saying the overall MSI program seems to work ok, but the integration to Sage 100 ( which I would argue is 99% of why a Sage 100 user would be looking at MSI) has challenges.

    Please search the group for feedback, as this question arises once or twice a year. I wouldn't hesitate to call any of the members who have posted their experiences to check on how the implementation turned out.
