I don't think I can do business with a company that charges a fee for something called Fee Recovery...

I just recently onboarded another client with Nuvei's Commerce Suite & actually did the training with Nola & the client today.
The Commerce Suite is now activated on all new merchants.
Commerce Suite gives you Click2Pay, the online portal, importing of transactions into Cash Receipts, without any additional cost.
If you want Fee Recovery, that is the $120/month. It automatically adds on a percentage, up to 3% for credit cards, that happens automatically inside Sage & on Click2Pay & portal payments, & posts to a GL account you specify. They have options for ACH as well.
In my opinion, Nuvei is the only way to go anymore. They provide it all & C2P posts back inside Sage correctly, using the credit card payment type setups that the manual processing inside Sage uses. It allows you to pick which payment types (credit card or ACH) is available per customer, it allows you to turn off fee recovery per customer, it works with native paperless office, it allows for C2P on sales order deposits too .. its just all done correctly.
And, we also use Tom Nachi for our Nuvei as well.

@Brett Zimmerman, My client has 2 live companies. One company has been using the e-invoicing feature with Paya for several years. Their other company is now taking credit cards and they wanted the e-invoicing feature with Paya setup. Nuvie by Paya told me e-invoicing is being deprecated and they are moving to Click To Pay. I saw a demo of their new Click To Pay and it is nicer than e-invoicing. It also comes with a cost. I believe it is $120 per month. I like that you can choose a current form code for the invoice. It can be setup to send out statements.

@Michele Herzog, where you said "e-invoicing" above, are you referring to simply just e-mailing regular 'ol invoices to customers? - because technically Paya's 'click-to-pay' feature in Sage 100 is still called e-invoicing (below). Glad to hear you're having success with Paya on this.
Enable Payments for eInvoices
Select this check box to enable eInvoicing. eInvoicing is a service that works through Paya Connect to email invoices to your customers.
For more information, see eInvoicing.
Clear this check box if you don't want to enable eInvoicing.
This field is available if a valid user ID and API key have been entered in System Configuration.
Note If you've enabled eInvoicing and have open invoices that have been or will be processed through Paya Connect, you cannot clear this check box.

I don't think it's just click-to-pay any longer. I believe my client uses Nuvei Commerce Suite Customer Portal.

Interesting @Wayne Schulz why the issue is taking so long to resolve. I wonder if it is third-party programming.
Ideally, click to pay would be obsolete or used very little in a few years. I am recommending ACH or credit card only. Get rid of AR if possible.

I have a client using Nuvei/Paya and they have a recurring issue where the reminders for past due accounts are either not creating a link to pay the invoice or some other similar problem. They have been working unsuccessfully with Paya for at least two months and I'm not sure what - if anything - is so custom on their setup that it's throwing Nuvei/Paya for a loop...
I posted here ( and nobody responded which makes me think it's possibly environmental to this client ) - https://community.90minds.com/discussion/anyone-on-paya-having-an-issue-with-payment-reminders
