I have a client using Paya and they've been going round and round with Paya on what seems like a simple issue. 

Is anyone having an issue with Paya generating payment reminders for the following situations:

Paya - notifications are not being sent for payment reminders when an invoice is coming due or an invoice is 30 days past due - Paya seems to be having issues creating
