  • 1.  Error 80 AR_INVOICEHISTORYINQUIRY_UI.pvc Line 2491 v2021 ADV PU 4 With Repay 2021.6.12.25

    Getting this error message when clicking on payments tab under AR invoice history inquiry.  Nothing matching the error program line in the Sage KB.  Could this be a Repay issue?

    Any thoughts?

    Since it is referenced, you might rebuild the AR_Deposits History file.

    * means a customized panel.  Did you try removing that and seeing if the unmodified panel works?
    Escape trapping might help narrow it down...

    Version is in the header - v2021 ADV PU 4 With Repay 2021.6.12.25



    Based on your second post, I rebuilt the key file.  Returned with this result - AR_DepositHistory.M4T - The current file's key definitions do not match those of the new file.

    Any thoughts for the next step?  I rebuilt the keys for this file in my vanilla install (no repay) without issue.  So I am thinking it is a Repay problem.

    Reaching out to Repay.  They recently released an update for v2021 PU5 so maybe it is fixed by now.

    Jeff - This is probably the AR_DepositHistory table. It sounds like a new field was added to the dictionary (maybe by Repay) but then the subsequent physical update to the table did not occur which would cause this error. This is probably the route you should take:

    1. Look at my "3rd way" reply to Steve Iw here on this post but use "A/R" instead of "A/P"

    2. Since the line is trying to read with an alternate key, it would seem appropriate to Rebuild Key Files at this point (after the above step is completed).

    Hope this helps. BTW I don't think calling Repay will help for this one.
