  • 1.  "Data files have not been converted" after activating OM

    I am working on a live upgrade from Sage 2018 with WO to Sage 2022.1 with OM with go-live tomorrow. Original data migrated and converted fine after uninstalling WO and WOScan, but as soon as OM is activated for a company, I get thrown into the "data files have not been converted" loop and OM will never update to 7.1. I have edited the SY_Activation file directly to change the Version Level from 4.5 to 7.1 multiple times, removed any obsolete SY_EnhancementModule records, tried conversion after renaming the Links folder, confirmed SY_Module shows J/T at 7.1, etc. OM keeps reverting to 4.5 and I cannot find what other file might be referencing 4.5. Any other ideas where I could look?

    You should reach out Jane Scanlan directly on this if you can. She is a whiz with all this Ops Management and I feel like there was some issue with this version/Ops management that there might be a patch for but Jane would know that for sure.

    For me it was a JobOps patch for Operations Management 2022.1 that fixed the conversion issue.  I also had to remove references to Manufacturing because I upgraded from 2017.

    Hi all - I received some program fixes from John Hoyt on Sunday (thank you, John!) that resolved this loop. This can be removed from Urgent Support.
