I haven't heard anything about BizNet being sunsetted, but I know there's [been] a push to move to their Spreadsheet Server product. The acquisition actually happened about 3 years ago :)
About a year ago I spoke with Dara Schwartz (Channel Partner Manager) at insightsoftware re: Spreadsheet Server (SS), and here's what I walked away with - although I wouldn't consider it gospel:
- Apparently SS for Sage 100 is more geared towards SQL/Premium and not so much ProvideX (Std/Adv)..
- However, if needed they could potentially perform ProvideX testing if the circumstances justify.
- It sounds like there's no seamless migration for existing BizInsight reports, and that they essentially may need to be re-created.
- BizInsight is much less expensive than SS.
