Doug, On the 3.71 system you can try using DFDM on Sy0ctl.soa and SY_Enhancements.M4T and remove the Extended Solution records.  Then migrate (Sage Migration may not 'see' them.  Make a copy of each file first.
In Sy0ctl.soa, you would scroll to the end of the file and remove the (lower case) 'l'evel record.  I would remove the (pipe symbol) '|' records at the end of the files also.  Records in SY_Enhancement.M4T are easy to locate.
