  • 1.  Zoom Account Authorization

    Hello BOD

    I have been using my personal zoom for several of the committee meetings and the BOD.  I would like to request approval to set up a 90 Minds account on Zoom for Meetings for one year (up to 300).  The annual cost is $199.00.  This would not replace the Webinar Platform (yet) so I would keep GTW for now.  I have found zoom much easier in terms of connecting to our Google accounts and creating calendar invites etc.  

    Let me know if this is agreeable. Thanks!

    I'm good with this. yes.

    Be aware that GTW is an evergreen contract, meaning that it has a specific renewal date that you must cancel before or you're stuck for another year.

    I am only looking for a meeting replacement with Zoom. We are keeping GTW for webinars. 
    There maybe a way to modify the subscription on GTW.  Let me look into it.  I really dislike GTW.
