  • 1.  ZERO for COGS posted for items with Average Cost Valuation

    We had a client point out to us that some costs were ZERO on the Gross Profit Report printed with the Sales Journal.  These were average cost items.  Sage has posted a KB article and bug fixes.  client is on 2019.4.  Fixes are for 2019 & 2020.

    I am still patiently (getting more impatient by the day though) for Scanco to determine if this hot fix impacts Multi Bin.  Had a reply last week that they would check on it.  NOTHING this week yet!!!  Starting to wonder if they are alive...................
