  • 1.  Zebra ZT410 always printing Portrait instead of Landscape through SAGE

    We are having an issue with printing Labels to a Zebra Thermal printer (ZT-410) .  We have a Sales Order form formatted to print Landscape but when we print it always prints Portrait instead of Landscape.  We know the form and crystal are formatted correctly since it works fine when we print directly from Crystal.  Has anyone found the magic trick

    You have to rotate the Crystal fields 90 degrees.  I have seen this issue several times and rotating the fields 90 degrees is the only way I have been able to work around the issue.

    @Doug Higgs - so glad to hear that - that's the only way I've found around it, too.  If you had said "just click this check box", I would have cried.​
