_**Your Sage 100 subscription has expired.**_ - _not_ P/R related
I'm wondering if others are having to deal with this. This is the 2nd Upgrade to Sage 100**c** v2017.2 in the past month that I'm working on that had this issue. Clicking 'Update' in Sys Config yields ""There were no license or subscription updates found"". And clicking Edit>Activate yields a ""successful"" message. But the issue still exists. Linda at Sage previously provided the following workaround, saying that it appears the client's firewall may be causing this issue. However, I have some doubts now that this happened with another client. And I did confirm the following:
Reg info/unlockers in v2017 match what shows in Sage Portal.
https://licensing.services.sage.com is present in IE > Trusted Sites.
IE > Advanced > Security has TLS 1.0 & TLS 1.1 enabled.
**Workaround:** **JUST DETERMINED THE WORKAROUND DIDN'T WORK FOR MY 2ND CLIENT.**
Copy sy_module and sy_system from client's v2017.2 mas_system folder to my local v2017.2 system.
Click 'Update' in Sys Config in my local system. Should receive ""successful"" message, and then the correct expiration date should now show in Sys Config-Modules (and in *info).
Copy the 2 files back to client's system (although only sy_system appears to have actually changed), and confirm the expiration message no longer occurs, and that the correct expiration date is present.
_**It's very possible this issue will re-surface if something addt'l is installed on v2017 and/or when their real expiration comes around next year.**_
