    Yet ANOTHER paperless issue............. Just migrated client from v4.5 to v2013. On their first payroll in the new system, the vast majority of their paperless DD advices were sent successfully. Nine were not. Client then went into Paperless Viewer for those employees and was able to successfully resend the PDF via paperless. When she tried to resend the password in employee maintenance, the system balked with this error. When we tried to do a test message in company maintenance, the system balked also. What is puzzling is the sporadic occurrence of the problem (I guess I really shouldn't be puzzled). Error message attached.

    Ah, no - my client has a corrupt TO address

    Paperless is can be problematic. Are they using Exchange?

    @JimWoodhead - client is using Exchange. Does that mean there is a resolution, or does it just mean ""so THAT'S why you're having issues""?
