Yesterday, i did an upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4 PU6. Everything seems to be OK except printing AP checks. It gives a message box that says ""Unable to Print"" and that is all. A similar message appears when using Preview. There are numerous hits on the KB but they all have additional message text. No errors in the activity log. I loaded crystal on the server and tried 'Verify Data Base"" which said it was up to date. Any thoughts.

Did you update your customizer udf's via udf maintenance. I think I have encountered this error message before (especially in PR). Rebuilding (updating) the udf's seemed to do the trick.

Thanks, Jeff, I ran the utilities but both returned 'No custom directories are found.'. The problem was in the Crystal Form file but I have been unable to find where it's broke. Creating a new one this morning worked fine. Sleep is always good.

I didn't mean the panels, just the UDF's. Not sure if this is what you meant.

They don't have any UDF's either. Their business has been close to dormant for a couple years but is changing now and growing. I am hoping to introduce them to a lot of things they could have used. They weren't even using any ALEs.
