Yesterday during an upgrade from 4.3 to 2014 I ran into my first case where an external IT department refused to disable AV for ""autorun.exe"".
Rather than test for infection they just flat out don't let some exe files run.
Think about the cost that this may cause the end user as about 85% of the common cures for Sage issues now requires more time consuming attempts at workarounds.
I'm not sure where end users find these yo-yo IT companies.
