    Yes, the year is 2012 and yes, we have arrived without a single EBM deal or implementation. A customer is currently depending on a Network Solutions order manager and Paypal. Is EBM a viable option?

    Unless I am going to do more than what I term ""onesies and twosies"" I farm these out (the entire thing) so that I am not viewed as the unpaid warranty/complaint department. My experience with eBusiness is that in some cases when you are working with a web developer there's no limit to the amount of complaining about how eBusiness doesn't work the way that the developer wants it to. I know one extreme issue used to be (and perhaps still is) the ability to expose items for SEO.

    That's still the case. eBM is weak when it comes to SEO.
