    Year End Bug Alert! Working with client to run Aatrix 1099's. The State Payer ID Number in Box 17 will not populate if any changes have been made this year in 1099 history. Seems to not work with or without the IRD loaded. Not version specific either. Just doesn't work. Sage support just recreated the issue and has sent to the next level. Stay tuned ... and... don't rush to get 1099's out.

    I have a work around from Aatrix until the form gets fixed. When viewing the 1099's, if info is missing, close the form only. Go to Edit, Update Company Information and continue through the process again. Forms will then populate properly. Only wasted about 6 hours with Sage support arguing my case and listening to on hold music. Aatrix resolved. Good support provided by calling Aatrix at 701-746-6814.

    FWIW, Aatrix tech support is only open M - F, 8 - 5 Central time. So much for extended hours during the busy season.....
