    WTH? The Paperless button on Customer Maintenance for a client is marked as Hidden in Custom Office. I uncheck Hidden, save the field - and when I open it back up, Hidden is checked again. I am Admin, have all rights to everything - WTH??????

    Are screen customizations for one user or for ALL that might be overriding your user account?

    The UI should hide the button automatically if paperless is not enabled. I believe ""Forms"" must be enabled. If forms isn't enabled it wont matter what you do in customizer. The UI program will hide it.

    @NicoleRonchetti - oh, thank you, that was such an easy answer! I was in the TST company and it had not been turned on - but here's a bug on Sage's part - even when I opened the Customer screen in the live company, it still didn't show up. Because I had done a right click Open in Secondary Company - it still looked at the setup in the TST company instead of correctly looking at the setup in the live company.

    Well the Open in Secondary Company issue is good to tuck away.
