I was in it at 8 this morning. but it is down for me now as well. I know Sage hosts here in Atlanta. We are having really bad storms. Dont' know if 1) they host the KB here 2) if the storm might have been causing some issues.
I would hope they had some reduntancy in their network. if it is the weather issue.
