This is just an FYI in case anyone else takes a report of this. The information below is from a customer.
From a V-Technologies Starship customer 1-31-2025 at 9:45 am ET:
we're all of a sudden getting these writeback failed errors in Starship: "Writeback Failed: [xxxxxxx] AddressLocationType: ShipTo". Weird thing is if I create a fresh test order and run it thru Starship it works fine. Have you seen this before? FYI: I have a critical ticket out to Vtechnologies out now, but havent heard from them.
Followup from customer 1-31-2025 10 am ET:
Just got off the phone with Vtech; they are having other customers currently reporting this too. I think it's an Avalara issue.
