Would everyone be ok with moving our board meetings off of the 3rd Thursday to the 2nd Thursday of the month? I have a recurring quarterly meeting on the third Thursday once a quarter. I'm good for September but it will likely be a problem for me in October.

Wow, I am striking out on these. I can't make 9/21. We are having a user conference that day. The 2nd Thursday may be better in the future.

Wait a minute! I have blocked out the 3rd Thursday until the next eclipse... But if the team needs me, count me in!

Second Thursday would work nicely for committee meetings - but I'm open to what works best for the board.

It would work best for me if we had committee meetings and board meetings on the same day. That way, I can leave the day open for both.

2nd or 3rd Thursdays are fine with me for Board. As for Committee meetings, I prefer that they not be the same week, so as to spread the load a bit.

I agree with Jerry regarding off setting weeks.

I'm good if they offset or not. In a way it's easier to get all of those meetings stacked into one day. in another it's not.

@RobertWood did you get the consensus you need for 2nd week of the month for the Board Meeting? Please let me know so I can update the GoToMeeting recurrence and send out an update to the Board. Currently, Committee Meetings are generally every other week. Sometime that means you'll have two meetings in the same week (Board and Committee) while some weeks you'll have no meetings.

I only got the new meeting email. I didn't get the cancel meeting email. @MoiraGoggin

I deleted the other meeting from GoToMeeting directly but noticed the original series came from an email from @ThereseLogeais. It may be that she needs to delete the recurrence from her Outlook calendar in order for it to be sent to all. @ThereseLogeais could you please delete the old meeting recurrence from your Outlook and see it we can get everyone's updated? Appreciate it.

It let me delete them all from my calendar for me. YMMV

I don't think we should skip September. We have a lot going on. Maybe shift later in the day or stick with the 21st.

Not skip, meet on last time on the third week of the month, i.e., 9/21 not 9/14. Alternative is to hold the BOD meeting on 9/14 but right after the Intacct Webinar.

I vote for meeting after the Intacct webinar, although I can do 9/21 if needed.
