Would be helpful if we could come up with: a. Title and brief summary of Kless/Baker so we could start teasing this in advance of opening registrations (TBD) b. A theme for MOTM so that this could also be used for promotions. Ideally tie everything together so that the theme of the conference matches/compliments Baker/Kless topic. I jotted down quickly 5 sessions which I think were high vote getters. I also pushed some other high interest items into those sessions where it seemed like the topic might need some additional content. Key Session #1: Sage Road Ahead 1. Status of BF 2. Sage 100 c 3. Sage Live overview Key Session #2: Upgrade Best Practices (Maybe tackle this from a business angle) 1. Generating recurring revenue 2. Evernote and Dropbox 3. Deployment options 4. Success using subcontractors Key Session #3: Diversification strategies Key Session #4: Manufacturing ( A panel with One and ScanForce/DSD would be interesting) Key Session #5: Sage 100 Premium (SQL) 1. Tips and tricks 2. Speed up reporting

I am struggling with what to put in the newsletter and on the site to promote this. I think all the above info can be high level and not require a detailed agenda but it's helpful for us to have something to get people interested even if registration is a ways off.

Has there been a dialogue with Kless/Baker? I'm assuming that they are going to continue the Soul of Enterprise theme. Key Session #2: Upgrade Best Practices ... is upgrade a noun or a verb? Are we talking about conducting a version upgrade or making improvements to our own processes?

    I don't know what's been discussed with Kless/Baker

Key Session #2. The business angle can be diverse. An ""upgrade"" strictly defined is merely upgrading executables and data files. But many customers expect more -- education on new functionality, using various elements added in past which they missed, etc. Some customers don't ""expect"" more, but could benefit from it. What approaches have we used to get beyond the pure technical upgrade? How have 90 Minders successfully gotten around IT's stranglehold on some customers', using upgrades as an opportunity to expand awareness of CFO/Controller to our larger value beyond ""the accounting system plumbers""?

Additional suggestion: Do we have 90 Minders who have had decent experience with getting ""MAS 90"" customers to get beyond just standard reporting? Any significant success with BI tools, SI-Biznet-DataSelf? If so, do they see this as useful to the customer relationship? There is an explosion of data analysis tools in the general market -- how do they relate to our Sage business?

What about payroll and HRMS? Are we seeing that it customers are more interested in implementing their own, or do the recent reporting changes make them more interested in simply offloading them to a service?
