But many customers expect more -- education on new functionality, using various elements added in past which they missed, etc. Some customers don't ""expect"" more, but could benefit from it. What approaches have we used to get beyond the pure technical upgrade? How have 90 Minders successfully gotten around IT's stranglehold on some customers', using upgrades as an opportunity to expand awareness of CFO/Controller to our larger value beyond ""the accounting system plumbers""?
