    Notice for anyone with clients still on WOScan - I just got an email from an Endpoint employee who told me it is going to be decomissioned next year.  I have a client still on 2019 who runs 3 shifts - we've been kicking the can down the road, but looks like it's gotta be done.

    We had clients using WO Scan and several YEARS ago Scanco told us it was being decomissioned.  In one case, two months after being paid for a year of maintenance Scanco told us they were running a server just for this client and were shutting it down in 60 days.  The client threatened legal action and Scanco gave us 6 months.  We switched that client and all the others to ScanForce and haven't looked back.  No more unanswered support requests, waiting for 10 months for a bug fix, ridiculous prices for updates (see @Jeff Schwenk post about 32 to 64 bit) and custom modifications.  ScanForce isn't perfect but the experience for the client and for us is night and day different.  BTW, I'm not a paid spokesperson - just a happy partner.
