Working with 2 clients today printing 1099s. For both we checked the box to truncate SSN/EIN and in both cases it printed the entire number. Is there a fix for this?

It only truncates on the vendor's copy. It prints the full number on all other copies. Is that what you're seeing.

thanks @MaryJoKrueger for the quick response. I'm pretty sure it was the recipient copy. In one case I was logged onto the client computer and we were doing the test drive. In the other case the client showed me the recipient copy.
