Working on a version 4.45 to 2016 Premium upgrade. The parallel migration wizard moves all of the SQL data to the new instance of SQL without any problems. However, when converting the data, I'm running into an error message. Create table failed for MAS_XXX..IM_ItemCustomerHistoryByPeriod 42S11: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server] The operation failed because an index or statistics with name 'KPRIMARY_IM_ItemCustomerHistoryByPeriod' already exists on table 'IM_ItemCustomerHistoryByPeriod'.

Is your company XXX or is that a backup company?

That's the backup company. I'm upgrading in a test environment.

    Could that company be corrupted?

Possibly. Although it's a new SQL backup...should be clean.

Also there be a sage issue with the file. The 4.45 was a weird release.

Very true...it's basically version 4.4 SQL with PU 5. It was never patched or updated after that point by Sage. I logged a call with Sage...will post an update.

Hi John - wondering how you resolved this ? I have the same error converting from 4.45 to 2016 PU1, but on GL_SummaryDetailDrilldown and trying to avoid sending a huge data set to Sage support as they requested. Thank you!
