Working on a BOI project to create SO Invoices... In this project, no SO Sales Orders are created, so importing an order is not going to work. I need to use addline() to create the detail lines. These happen to be Lot Items so I am attempting to GetValue the LineKey to use in tier distribution creation but it is coming back blank.... Has anyone gotten this to work? Where did I miss the boat?

I haven't personally done that. Are you using this old sample script? Line 200 is where it gets interesting.

Steve - that is exactly the script I started with... and I got it to work when I had a Sales Order to copy the lines over from. Then walk through the lines and create distributions... I am trying to transform it to allow creating an invoice on the fly, so to speak... I found an example creating tiers in IM Trans entry ... Have you ever used oLines.Distribution.AddDistributionLine(LotNo) ? I am going to give it the old college try...

That looks like that shoudl work to me, although if it's BOI, does that need to be oLines.oDistribution? The only auto-distribution I've written was for BM Production Entry with ACS Multibin, but that was a Button UDS.

You are right about oDistribution - sadly, since this is 4.30, that method doesn't exist yet.... oh well, worst case, create the Order and copy the lines to the invoice and distribute it that way. Not ideal, but it is automated.... Thanks for your input
