Working hard to complete a consolidating income statement in Sage Intelligence. Two nagging issues. I'd like to limit the number of years of underlying data extracted to just this year and last (the extract takes too long and is pulling 2003 - 2016 for 11 companies). Second, one of the companies (OFP) appears on the Task Pane list as another company (PHN), so PHN appears twice on the list, but if I use OFP in the formulas, it pulls the data correctly. TIA!

@KathrynScofield you should add a filter to the sub report for actual, budget, and Fiscal Yr Dtl, to select ""FiscalYear"" for ""@Year@"" and ""@PriorYear@"". Hi-light the sub report in Report Manager and notice the filter tab on the right side of the screen. SI requires you to initiate each company by logging into the company and loading the Report Manager. This may be causing your company mis-alignment.

Thanks @DougJenkins. First problem solved. I think second problem is due to copying company. The GL_Main and GL_Account were showing the wrong Company. I'm going to import to both files with correct company ID and try again.
