Work Order Time - anyone have a suggestion short of (a) don't move to history or (b) create a Crystal Report We currently move records of old, closed Work Orders into Work Order History. Because we do this, we are unable to make use certain reports from the Work Order module, as the old work order records are excluded from the report. An example would be the on-demand cost ledger. The report only considers work orders from as far back as 2014, since we've moved older work orders into work order history. Can you tell us how we could include work orders from history in the generated reports?

Since you already nixed the only 2 options there are, I don't think you're going to get much response to this..... Those are pvx reports, so it's not like you can change anything in them.

Thanks - I'm looking for verification that I didn't overlook something or that there's not an affordable add-on which people use.

If ACSG or IIG didn't write it, it probably doesn't exist. How's the weather up there?

You didn't miss anything. As Beth suggested, you'll need a mod if a Crystal Report won't work.
