Work Order question - yippee! What might cause the Actual Cost to be zero? The Item is FIFO and marked as Make. TIA!

Are there any labor/material transactions?

Matierals (only 1 line), no labor.

Was there a value (FIFO tier) other than zero on the item that was issued to the WO?

Review Issue method--is it manual and they never issued items? Is it automatic and they never updated the materials issued prior to completion? Review the Auto Issue Material field in WO--is it set to No or Qty only (and there is no quantity)? How is the component costed and is there a proper cost there?

There were several FIFO tiers with on-hand quantities and a zero cost, yet we aren't sure if there was a zero cost FIFO tier that existed prior to these being created. The user recreated the Work Orders and the costs are correct. Not sure where the zero's came from. Thank you for your suggestions!!
