Ran into this the other day and don't have a good clear answer. Is the Work Order Processing module we know and love going to be added as available module on the Sage 100c Premium platform? The module was brought up to the new programming framework in 2019, but is not available for Sage Premium. I know they want to push everyone to Sage Production Management, but for the few we still have out there that are fine with using the Work Order module, will there ever be an option to move to SQL?   Does anyone know why?

I don't believe WO was brought into Framework, it was just made compatible with 2019 to allow users to upgrade to that version without having to go to PM. They specifically brought in the PM modules so they don't have to re-write WO in Framework. I might be missing something but that is my understanding.

Exactly.  I understand PM is JobOps-lite, with some tweaks to fill in some blanks for WO functionality.
This allows Sage to replace WO with PM, and avoid re-developing WO in Framework (required for SQL / Premium).

Yes, @Kenny Daniel and @Kevin Moyes are correct. You may continue to use the traditional Work Order as you have for a few releases, including not with Premium. I honestly have never seen the words "the Work Order Processing module we know and love" before, but perhaps I never developed that appreciation for all its quirks.
