Have a client on v2016.3 with Scanco MB, WOEP, and WOScan
They randomly appear to have work orders created with a empty material record as seen in the attached image.
This doesn't appear to cause any problems within sage 100, however it prevents the work order from being scanned, keyed, or returned from the lookup in WOScan's Material Issue Auto Issue feature.
Has anyone ever seen these lines before?
Using the Analyze and Relink Files on WO2 did not get rid of the records either. The only way i was able to "fix" it was to use DFDM to clear the link to next record on the last valid component and then clear everything on the blank record.
