  • 1.  Work Order Labor Transactions Missing

    Sage100 2016, Work Order is set to auto-generate labor batch upon Completion. For the most part it does do that but customer is discovering that for some strange reason, on some Work Orders it will not create the labor batch. I have checked the settings on WOs that produce the same items, settings are exactly the same, yet one WO generated a labor batch and the other didn’t. This is happening fairly often now and is causing a problem in inventory costing. Checked Sage KB and found nothing. Did not call Sage yet. Anyone seen this before?

    Brett, no, labor is not set to zero. On some work orders, say they are producing 5 of the same item, 3 will generate labor charges and 2 will not. Same WO, same setting, same BOM and Routing. Very weird.
