Work Order in the Framework. Anyone know who is supposedly dong this for Sage? Real or vaporware? Current WO client asking about adding on ACSG (SCANCO) WO enhancements but if Sage is truly going to bring this to framework as listed on the timeline I'm inclined to hold off recommending enhancements to encourage an upgrade.

Linda Cade has said on the last several (three or more) PAC calls that Work Order will be released with v2019 in March 2019. She has not told the PAC who is writing it, unfortunately. I am sure someone in this group knows. Perhaps @JohnHoyt ???

What Brian said. I can't imagine jumping on these complete re-writes immediately so I'd set expectations that even if it releases when Sage claims that there likely will be 6+ months before you are comfortable installing. I also [have not seen the 2019 release date estimate posted online](https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=56080&sliceId=1&isLoadPublishedVer=&docType=kc&docTypeID=DT_Article&stateId=14739&cmd=displayKC&dialogID=589658&ViewedDocsListHelper=com.kanisa.apps.common.BaseViewedDocsListHelperImpl&openedFromSearchResults=true) so am unsure when that will land or whether it will land with WO. Sage is doing a poor(er) job of managing this product line.

Might want to also consider that since Scanco took over the ACSG WO Enhancements they have implemented a $2,000 minimum charge for any programming change even if extremely minor. Allow 4 weeks for the change to be made and then send an e-mail after 4 weeks so that they start working on it. (Our current experience)

I don't know who. At the last PAC, I don't believe the contract was signed yet. The smart move IMHO may be Scanco, since they have all the ACSG WO enhancements, but Sage may not want to give them the monopoly on manufacturing. On the other side, IIG already has their own WO that runs in SQL.
