    Hello. KB 109814 say that the subject issue is with engineering. Has anyone found a cause or a way to access the information that is missing. We have clients who are used to looking at that information and are not happy.

    Haven't encountered that so don't have any data to check but have you checked to see if the affected work orders contain weird characters in any of the fields?
    I don't know if that task calculates based on reading the lines but if it does, have you checked the detail records to see if there are any bad records or values?
