    Perfect!!

  • 7.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-05-2015 13:18
Don't forget, Deshaies goes by Donald, not Don.

  • 8.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-05-2015 13:25
Anyone else who should be on this list? Pascal?

Diane: Well good news. I had to work out a few details which I finished yesterday. YES, I would be honored to join the 90 Minds group for the cruise. Let me know if I need to contact Wayne directly with my acceptance. I will be out of the office for the first couple days of next week but will firm up any details later in the week. Thanks, Diane

Good to hear Diane can make it.

Just thought of Ronnie Aspe.... Be around, great support person. Too late to invite???

  • 16.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-09-2015 06:09
Not too late just drop the name in here so we can keep track

  • 17.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-09-2015 09:12
So do I have to do anything else or have I dropped the name properly?

  • 18.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-09-2015 09:27
No just reach out and see if Ronnie wants to attend. My guess is that we will have only Diane from Sage and we'd invited a total of 6 from Sage as social guests so we have room. More of an issue of knowing which people from Sage would also know our members.

  • 19.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-09-2015 10:46
Major reason why I thought of him. Long term employee, High level tech support. Comes to Summit every year. Will reach out to him today.

  • 20.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-09-2015 11:32
I think we have room or 3 or 4 add'l social invites. Don't care if they come for dinner or meet/greet, etc. Just shouldn't be entire conference imo.

  • 21.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-10-2015 16:19
Just spoke with Ronnie Aspe. He is thrilled to receive the invite. He is checking with the boss (lovely wife) to see if he can get away. What if he brings her, can we extend another invitation or ask him to pay the $75 guest fee? Seems a bit tacky to charge for the side kick.

  • 22.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-10-2015 16:35
I think it includes a guest. No reason to get cheap!!

  • 23.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-10-2015 17:21
Yes to guest at no cost

  • 24.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-10-2015 17:57
Getting feedback from some of the presenters. Looking forward to it, wondering about content, etc. May send an email to all in case they have questions.

  • 25.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-11-2015 05:45
What types of questions are they asking about content? I think we should have an FAQ for presenters and for vendor members. I had one vendor member participant tell me they'd be ""manning the booth"" during the two days. I honestly think that nobody pays attention. These FAQ should be links to web documents so we can update them for questions that will come in after people start to read.

  • 26.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 17:07
Is a guest a guest or does it have to be a spouse? Ronnie's first choice is his wife, but he thinks she will bow out due to the ""nerd"" factor (sorry Therese). His plan b is Chris Powers. Thoughts?

  • 27.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 17:38
Let's send Chris powers his own invite and make it easy. They are both senior support people and would be great!!!

  • 28.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 17:38
Tell him nerd factor will be very high!!!

  • 29.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 17:38
    ;)

  • 30.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:10
Now why would I be offended???

  • 31.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:11
    Jeff said it not me!!

  • 32.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:24
Well, then I will take it back...

  • 33.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:25
BTW, was there a thought in there TL?

  • 34.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:28
Were you implying I'm a nerd? Or that I get along well with nerds? Just not sure of your intent. Either way, I'm not offended.....

  • 35.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:36
If it makes you feel better @ThereseLogeais, you'll always be a nerd to me.

  • 36.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:39
    Me too!! Robert.

  • 37.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:41
Jeff do you want to Invite Chris

  • 38.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:43
Well then we have the decision of whether Ronnie and Chris can BOTH bring guests now that Chris won't be Ronnie's guest. LOL.

  • 39.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:48
Just tell Ronnie he can bring Chris and his wife if he'd like but we just need an RSVP.

  • 40.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:52
Well maybe Chris' significant other wants to hang with the nerds too....

  • 41.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:53
That you hang around with a lot of nerds.

  • 42.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:54
    Yes, I do....

  • 43.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 18:55
Sooooo, what is it? Ronnie, his wife and Chris for a threesome drive down, or open it up for a fourth??

  • 44.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 19:00
It's fine with me either way. BTW, Erika says she's coming.

  • 45.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 19:03
Did she ask if she could bring a guest?? ;)

  • 46.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 19:09
OK, no response. Unless someone says no, I will let Ronnie know that Chris will get an invite as well and they can let us know how many will attend.

  • 47.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 19:11
    She did not ask.

  • 48.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 19:13
@JimWoodhead what's the capacity of the boat and are we nearing it? How about food/cocktail-wise?

  • 49.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 19:14
    We can fit 140

  • 50.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 19:15
    We are at about 120

  • 51.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 19:16
I will give a final number on Tuesday. food and cocktails won't be an issue!!

  • 52.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 19:30
OK, here is the latest from Ronnie, he can make it, his wife Erika has wedding gigs to attend to on Friday/Saturday. I will send an invite to Chris Powers and a guest. Ronnie has also asked if he could sit in on Barbara G's Tips and Tricks session on Friday. I suggested that he purchase a guest pass to make it easy on me, but said I would ask. I am thinking no, but what do others think?

  • 53.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-12-2015 21:03
He'd need to buy a guest pass.

  • 54.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-13-2015 02:43
    I agree.

  • 55.  RE: wording ok?

    Posted 02-16-2015 06:42
According to Ronnie Aspe, Chris Powers is a go for the cruise. They are taking the train down on Friday.
