Wondering if anyone has seen this. This is for a customer on 4.30.21 with JOB-OPS R3. Only for ONE user, when they right-click on the dispatch board (top section) and go to Service Ticket --> Edit, and the ticket flashes ""001"" in the step for maybe 1/2 second then starts a new step?

Didn't Job Ops have an issue once where they left some programming code reminant behind in the final build? But then you would expect that to be the issue for all users. Any custom office modification on that panel for that user?

There are custom office mods but for EVERYONE.

What happens if user switches workstations. Does the issue follow the user?

We just tested that. We had a user that was working to to the non-working user's station and it didn't happen, then we had the ""bad"" user go to someone else's station and it also happened. So it does seem to follow the user. It's weird, because it doesn't happen every single time. I wonder if we just need to give that user a new user name?
