Wondering if anyone else has run into this: AR Contacts, the Notes field. I can import or export to the field, but there does not seem to be a Data Dictionary entry for it. I cannot reference it in Crystal Reports. This is an issue for a client that has used this field extensively in 4.05, now that we are in 4.50 we cannot reference the data contained in Crystal Reports. Any ideas?

I just checked on my MAS 4.50 in Crystal . When I viewed the AR_CustomerContact table, I see the ContactNotes field there. So I do see it in Crystal Reports. Maybe I misunderstood your issue.

I see notes in AR_customermemo - memo text has them notes in it. Is that what you are looking for?

also see in ar_customercontact - contact notes.

If you don't see these fields maybe you need to verify database?

Verify did help. Don't know if it was the swapping of versions. Was getting frustrated. Thanks!

I see ContactNotes as a field in VI, but you have to scroll the Data List down to see it.
