Wondering if anyone else has run into the attached error message when starting up v2016 Advanced (5.30.2.0)? One user logging into a 2012R2 terminal server gets the message. All of the other users are able to log in without any problems. The user in question has been given local and domain admin rights. UAC is disabled on this server.

Try this - set Local User Policy \ Computer Configuration \ Windows Settings \ Security Settings \ Local Policies \ Security Options System cryptography: Use FIPS 140 compliant cryptographic algorithms, including encryption, hashing and signing Disable found it here: http://hasstoppedworking.com/fix-clr20r3-event-issues/

Thanks, @MichelleForsey! I'll pass this along to their IT folks.

Unfortunately, FIPS 140 was already set to disabled. Might have to log a call with Sage on this one.
