I can ask people I know at Sage to see what might be up. I wonder if they will even know, or if they've been told.

Is it wrong to assume that there will be another round of layoffs? I can't imagine them getting tighter on staffing though. Maybe it's a pep rally or a discussion of the re-org that has slowly been happening? Time will tell.

They've had 17 VPs leave over the last 18 months. What do you think they're talking about?

No clue honestly. The 17 VPs didn't all ""leave"" - some were terminated. If they are addressing this in some way, it begs the question, why now? Why not 3 months ago? Or 6 months ago? I wonder if they have been monitoring your posts and the LinkedIn group and have woken up to the fact that ""oh shit. things are out of control we better step in before there is nothing left.""? Sometimes it's easier to see the dysfunction from the outside looking in (not just with Sage).

Sage should have been assigning PR people to proactively answer questions before news broke. They seem to stick to their broken model of just trying to shape public opinion after the genie is out of the bottle. Leave can mean voluntary of involuntary.

I hear you. I think they are slowly waking up to the new reality of controlling the message or your audience will. Let's hope.

Sage's problem is that North America needs to get back to organic revenue growth and not be the slowest grower in Sage's portfolio
