    Wonder if Sage have finally shut down the old KB -- I can do a query and see a list of results yet if I click on a result it goes nowhere.

    Which is a pain because of Sage's bizarre requirement to use IE thus locking out all users on mobile an MAC.

    @WayneSchulz - having same issue. I am able with my MAC to use Atlas just once in a while I get a HTML screen but just click to Advanced search and it works.... the screen works not saying I find what I want or that Atlas works.

    I'm using Google Chrome on my MAC. Maybe I'll look and see if I can find an add-in that works with MAC Chrome to provide IE compatibility. I think I tried once before and was not able to get it to work but maybe it's time for another look. It's such a glaringly huge problem.

    Yes - you would think that Sage could make it work. I am just using Safari...

    Hey @WayneSchulz have you tried "" incognito windows "" in Google Chrome? I also used http://na.sage.com/log-on to log onto Atlas - you will get an error message once in Atlas - but just click on what you actually want and you should be good to go.

    Sorry neither of those worked - similar results to just using Chrome

    Actually I just found if I click through all the errors and use ADVANCED SEARCH the knowledgebase appears to work with Google Chrome for searches

    That is what I was saying. You get all kinds of errors but if you go to AS then it will work. But I couldn't even get on with just Google Chrome I had to do the ""incognito windows"" mode for me to get past the logon .
