Sage 100

A customer has a WO data problem in v 4.50. When they go to complete 2 of their work orders, the transaction entry screen shows qty 0 to complete, even though none have been completed. I don't know what to do about this. They've had this issue before and found that if they force in the completed quantity, the costing for the work order gets screwed up. Is there a file that I can edit to force it to show the correct quantity to complete? I've run all of the LM file utilities.

Just a guess in 4.5 but reinitialize WO Transaction Entry files and rebuild sorts?? (Assuming they have nothing in WO Transaction Entry!) Or try rebuilding WO sorts first? Have you looked at WO Inquiry - transactions to verify nothing has been completed?

Thanks, Therese. This problem is solved. I had already done what you have suggested, but it yielded no results. Then I decided to take a flyer by copying the company, entering the completion trx and posting. It all worked perfectly. IDK WTH that was about.
