I don’t have another WMS to add. I do have one customer who found and implemented Accellos.
They seem overall happy though it is very much like Job Ops in that it typically requires a separate consulting team to implement. My sense is that it is also pricy though I wasn’t and am not involved in any of the Accellos billing.
SWK has been the implementation and support resource and I think have been responsive. The customer deals directly with them for Accellos questions.
When I’ve done upgrades I also have to coordinate with SWK/Accellos. These don’t seem too difficult and the Accellos portion seems largely separate from Sage but must be done at same time/coordinated.
My feeling is that solutions like Accellos or Job Ops are so extensive that I always project “losing” the customer long term just because I lose the one point of customer contact and sometimes have to contend with other product bugs.
