I'm a bit stumped on this one so I actually haven't really tried much thus far because of how the error is being generated, i.e., from within EDI - and TrueCommerce isn't able to assist ""since it's a Sage error"". I have the same KB article you attached and I was going to try and reset the grid, panel, size, etc., but because of how this data is getting into S/O Entry (i.e., _not_ via manual entry), I didn't think that possible resolution applied. No other users have reported this error. The thing that's really troubling is the fact that after the error occurs, it then goes thru fine if you simply try it again. We plan on Rebuilding S/O Keys and Sorts tonight.
