With the new payroll subscription process coming out and needing to be on 2014 or 2015, what happens if the customer whose renewal is in May, is currently using v2013, using payroll, but would really rather wait to upgrade till October. Will the customer be able to continue using payroll if no changes to current system are made? I've been told they can't use payroll if not on v2014 or v2015, but what 'lockout' if any is in place? Or am I misunderstanding this whole new payroll mess?
