Windows 10, Outlook 2013, CRM 7.3 SP2.1. Plug-in stopped working and is no longer on the ribbon menu. It's in the ""always enabled' group but when viewed in Outlook COM add ins is listed as a ""this add-in caused Outlook to start slowly..."" I suspect a Windows and/or Office update knocked this out. I also see in the users screen shot that Acrobat PDFMaker Office com addon has the same status. IT is blaming Sage now isn't that a creative solution. Any ideas? This is a salesrep that lives in CRM and Outlook and he's pretty anxious for a solution.

Classic Plug In or Exchange Integration? Have you tried to manually remove and reinstall?

I'll check on the first as to the second, I believe they have tried that.

Exchange Integration, so the lite plug-in. They've finally got a remote set up for me to take a look. I'll let you know what I find.

Remote session with customer revealed, they were trying to open and re-install the CRM plug-in using Edge instead of IE. The IT staff never remoted in to check with the end-user. Why aren't IT departments taking a more active approach in educating their end-users on 'what's new in Windows 10'? It's just amazing how an IT dept. updates an op system and then walks away from any issues with a ""must be the publisher of X problem'. Just boils me.

Short of being boiled... You good? Reinstall through IE worked I presume?
