Win 7 Paperless - works when logged in as Admin, that error code 20 when NOT. Had a network guy look at security, says they are local Admin, etc. But if it works as Admin and not as ""peon"", doesn't it HAVE to be a WIn 7 thing, not a MAS thing?

If you R.Click on the SagePDF Converter, go to (I think) the Security tab, does the user have all the right boxes checked (like Full Control?) I just fought a related battle yesterday.

Pretty sure I checked that, but never hurts to look again. Especially when you've been at it for days and THINK you've tried everything...

Not sure what error message is caused by this but have you checked the printer port the ""peon"" uses when using the Sage PDF printer is in play. Shouldn't be the null port...........

Network people are full of shit, have only a passing familiarity with what administrative rights allow and are usually incompetent. I had this. I think that I worked around it by possibly either installing again right click ""install as admin"" or going in as true admin.
