UPDATE - had client install Crystal Reports full version and that installed whatever was missing

Client got a new Win 11 machine (all other Win 11 machines were upgraded from Win 10) and can't print. Found that the C+ 2015-2019 had not installed because C+ 2015-2022 was on already, so I uninstalled the 22 and installed the 19, but that didn't help.  I'm guessing there may be other prerequisites that are the same way, but they were NOT getting an error about any of the prereqs not installing even though this one clearly did not.  Anyone know of another something something that needs to have the older version out there?  Wait - found it on Sage's KB but for FAS only.  Still the same prereq. Also, weirdly enough, the SAP runtime engine for Crystal that is installed is 64 bit although Sage is 32 bit, but I see in the install folder on my machine that 2022 only had a 64 bit.  Wut?

If you haven't already tried this, maybe:  Uninstall any existing Crystal drivers; make sure you're logged in with admin rights; Turn off UAC; Uninstall and re-install workstation setup; Check and make sure the Crysal drivers are correct in the Windows registry.

Also, turn off the Windows managing the default printer.  I've seen this cause some odd printing or no printing behavior.

@Doug Higgs - it was some prereq missing, don't know which one, but installing full Crystal took care of the issue
