WIN 10 Upgrade Stories - Thought I would start a thread dedicated to WIN 10 stories. There have been several posted to date. But I am sure over the coming months, the frequency of the installs is going to sky rocket. I upgraded an 8.1 laptop the other day without many IMMEDIATE issues. Am tempted to upgrade my 8.1 workhorse laptop in the next month or so. Am I just looking for trouble?

From what I have heard about you @JeffSchwenk, you are always looking for trouble. As for the WIN 10 upgrade, I upgraded my desktop at home, and I haven't had any problems other than not being able to find anything. I'm kidding. It's not nearly as bad as I thought it might be. I say ""GO FOR IT!

The only problem we have ran into on the Win 10 upgrade is with remote clients we support using Cisco VPN's and after upgrading them, the Windows 10 machines can't connect to the VPN without the client upgrading and of course 1/2 of them said they had no plans for upgrading the VPN in the near future.

@BrianKelly - I look for trouble so others don't find it ........ Thanks for the info. @LloydSmith - That is a concern of mine as I have clients using Cisco VPN's.

The Citrix client is different in Windows 10. We have had some sporadic issues and when I know more I will update the thread. It worked fine for me.
