Why when I ask Sage that they provide a guarantee to a customer about to accept a $35,000 reinstatement that the price won't go lower between now and September does Sage look at me like I'm crazy?
Their reply? Well we just came out with promos so we wouldn't offer any others.
Great. Then Sage has no risk. Keep the customer happy and guarantee it...
I guess that wasn't in their CAM script that they got on the first day of work...
